Before you begin your mindful meditation practice, find a comfortable position and sit down in a relaxed way. Stretch out your legs in the front and keep your feet together. Focus on your toe joints and starting stimulating the toes by tightening and releasing slowly with mindful breathing. Do it about 10 times and then relax in a cross legged position and reflect on your toe joints mentally and feel the sensation.
