As some great person said aptly, “we are spiritual beings having a human experience”. This means we have all the power to forgive and live gracefully. Only we can do it, no one else has access to our mind and spirit.

Think of a Clean Mind! We all know that anger, frustration, resentment, fear, hatred etc can create enough poison in our heart and can be very detrimental to our own health besides spreading the negativity all around causing harm to others.

Travel Light and Enjoy the Journey So let’s make a conscious choice today to forgive our own self and others for causing any harm to self or others out of anger, frustration, annoyance or ignorance. It would make our hearts lighter.
