The Power of Mind

As we have been already learning our mind is extremely powerful. However, the sages have wondered what gives that power to this mind to think, remember, comprehend, focus and be able to do many other operations?

From some of the spiritual texts such as Kena Upanishad, it is established that there is something called “Brahman” or the source from where our mind obtains this power. This is called the Mind of the mind.

When we become curious and mindfully think deeper questions like this can come to our mind and we can even experience that there is some power which already knows what we are going to think next and there is some powerful force within which makes us do certain things very intuitively even against what we had decided earlier.

Asking Deeper Questions

Knowing that our mind is so poweful and we do not use it much in our life time, it makes sense to go deeper and tap into the source.

Where do the thoughts come from?

When we take time to contemplate, we can even experience that there is some power which already knows what we are going to think next and there is some powerful force within which makes us do certain things very intuitively even against what we had decided earlier.
